Nassau Guidance provides life skill telephone classes that give you the life changing skills and tools to live the life you truly desire. A TeleClass is a class you participate in from the comfort of you own home or wherever you are at the moment by phone. Enrollees dial into a phone bridge and meet in a virtual classroom where 1-2 trained therapists provide information and exercises to help take you where you want to go in life.
